Atlanta’s Newest Community Center: CTeen ATlanta

Rabbi Dovid and Talya Goldshmidt, once active “Cteeners” in their youth, are developing an innovative Cteen center in Atlanta, Georgia.

Cteen will be working together with Chabad Buckhead and Brookhaven to provide teens with opportunities to explore their Jewish identity and give back to their community.

The dream is to have programming for everyone,” Dovid says. “Some people connect through their minds, others enjoy volunteering opportunities or even just a chance to hang out with Jewish peers.” Ultimately, Cteen of Atlanta aims to establish a lounge, a gym, and a cafe, along with a host of other programs catered to specifically teens. “We plan to develop a broad range of activities, to meet every teen where they are,” Dovid says.

The CTeen's first annual bowl-a-thon is on Sunday, November 13, 2022 from 6:15 PM to 8:00 PM

at the Main Event, 3101 Cobb Pkwy SE Atlanta GA 30339.

The bowl-a-thon is a fun way for all high schoolers to help raise money for charity by bowling, eating pizza and hanging out with friends!
